Every time the package is placed in the hallway without ringing my doorbell or notifying me that the delivery has arrived. There are reasons why you should have something delivered if you live on the 2nd floor. The delivery times are also constantly changing and packages arrive much later than previously stated. I will not order anywhere in the future if it is delivered by DPD!
