After big initial problems with the delivery of larger parcels, things got really good in the meantime. For a few weeks now it has always been the same driver who brings the parcels. He is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Today he even carried 2 large parcels into the basement for me, which he shouldn't actually have. But then I also showed my appreciation.
This is a parcel driver as you would imagine. Just great.
