It was terrible walked and had to wait for service this one lady ahead of us got hers appraised as well but got a selling offer when she didn't want to sell it but gave the lady a $300 offer then the guy took a couple mins to look at mine and told the lady who was helping us. She came over and just said $400. One I didn't want to sell it and two she said they wouldn't sell the ring as it is they would melt the gold down but they might reuse the diamonds. Well if you don't reuse them what are you going to do throw them away? Not professional at all. They didn't give an appraisal just a pawn shop selling price.
