I don't know why this is being posted under Scott Davis, my son, but this is a review from me the homeowner Ilona Host.
I bought my home in April of 2013 and love it, the floor plan is awesome, love the Granite Counter Tops, Stainless Steel Appliances, Hardwood entry and Tile in the eat in area and kitchen I like the Chair railing in the Dining Room and most of all I love my Staircase and HUGE Master Bedroom, there is nothing I don't like about this house other than I do not have a Bedroom downstairs and I will have to move one day when I can no longer use the stairs BUT I will most certainly look for another home built by Dave Erickson/Grayhawk. If there is any kind of problem they will come and take care of it and I don't know of too many Builders that do that, It is truly an Energy Efficient Home, my highest power bill was $230 in the hottest time of the year and this month my power bill is $95, and of course it is an ALL Electric home.
