I came for my 40th birthday, booked on Expedia and when we arrived it was a breeze to check in. The breakfast in the morning is amazing!!
I asked Expedia about the view - Because what I saw in the pictures for the room on Expedia and what the view is from our room were very different. Although I love the room we have, I had hopes of waking up and looking at the mountain that we were planning to hike.
The stuff went above and beyond, Catherine called and sent up a bottle of champagne and gave me a $25 credit at the bar, and then later on Heidi called and she also made sure that everything was OK I went above and beyond to provide the best service for me.

In today s world customer service is everything. This hotel both some of the best customer service I ve ever experienced. Highly recommend.

Also the location is perfect. We are close to the zoo close to the aquarium and right at the beach. You can walk to Diamond Head hike it and walk back no problem. Really 5 star all around!
