I have no problems about the actual radon service....

I have no problems about the actual radon service. The low review is due to the company continuing to send communications to an incorrect email address. In the beginning, I mentioned to them that I had not been receiving their emails, though they stated they sent it. I provided my wife's email and then we realized in the document/contract they sent, it had my email spelt incorrectly. They made sure to include the incorrect email along with my wife's so it was evident that they were sending it to the wrong place.

I tried updating them through phone calls and email multiple times, but they didn't seem interested in changing it. First they said they would change it but they never did. When asking again, they said it wasn't a big deal since now my wife was receiving the emails, so we left it alone.

After the service, we were emailed the receipt, and again, it was sent to that incorrect email address along with my wife's email. I don't know if someone owns that email address, but it's upsetting that they don't care enough to make sure your personal information and receipts are sent to the correct email...

My hope is the company would take people's personal information and concerns more seriously. Random people should not be receiving your name, home address, and what services you are paying for or receiving!
