Not a great start. Added extra fees at check in. $25 per night for"resort fees. Why not be transparent about the cost the room? Our room was supposed to be ready but when we got there there for wouldn't unlock. Waited 15 mins then two maintence guys come walking out without warning. Room stunk like cigarettes. There was pee in the toilet and the lid was up. Oh yeah and thanks Wilderness for offering us $4 water bottles in our room that we won't drink but get to look at for our entire stay. The water parks are awesome.
