I brought my X5 in for some leaking under the dash...

I brought my X5 in for some leaking under the dash. When I pulled in the attendant was not very helpful, very apathetic to the whole situation. Appeared to be bothered by the fact I was there for a scheduled appointment. My contact person was not there for the day so another person helped me. He complained that he had 2 other cars coming in and clearly wasn't very pleased to help me. I did receive a loaner car which is why I gave 2 stars. I came in with an suv and didn't realize I had a trunk full of baseball equipment that my son needed for the week. The loaner they graciously gave me was a small 2 door car. Which I was happy to have. I then proceeded to transfer my equipment which didn't fit well and instead of offering help the attendant (apathetic one) and the other males in the shop just watched and smiled like it was a show. I never received a call about my car. I called that evening and the person answering the phone said they closed for the day. We had a vacation scheduled so I was anxious about hearing on my car incase I needed to rent a car that would fit my whole family. I felt someone should have called to tell me that my car was going to be kept overnight. Thankfully, I did have the sporty little car. When I came to pick my vehicle up I inquired about the mold under the dash from where it had leaked. I wanted to make sure it was properly cleaned. My assigned person said " I think it was." And If it wasn't bring it back and we can have our detailers clean it. Shouldn't they have to start with? When he brought my car to me he said sorry it took so long "I just had them clean the carpet only on the passenger side". So it wasn't even cleaned to start with? I was just exasperated by that point and left. Once my warranty is up I will not be returning.
