Very horrible enrollment service. I thought CAP was suppose to be helping families but Martha that works in the CAP administration office made it so difficult for me and my family to enroll. She was going by her own her personal judgement Instead of helping my family. I had to come back twice to bring a documentation but both times she denied taking any of my other documentation. I ve renewed my application twice and I have always been able turn in my other paper work and just bring what ever document is left. She told me to bring a documentation and when I came in the second time she denied my documentation and didn t want to further help me. I asked for a supervisor at this point and all she gave me was a form I had to fill out from a previous employer. She didn t mention any of the things Martha had ask me to bring. I was very disappointed with her attitude and I knew she was judging our family based on our current living situation. I felt very disrespected and felt humiliated by her actions.
