They are neighborhood pimps at the service of gangsters in white gloves (in this case Endesa), who are in charge of extorting helpless citizens, fearing them to pay.
In my case I am asking Endesa to recalculate and reissue several invoices correctly with incorrect and fraudulent charges, (acknowledging by them that they did it wrong), and as the process is leeeentooooooo, meanwhile, for inefficiency and lack of coordination between their departments, they send me scary letters through the abinitio so that I pay the abusive bills.
A few rascals all of them.
