Working here wasn't the best experience ( King St. location). Management, specially the school director Lori and the executive director Norma Aguilar, lacks of professionalism. Counselors, teachers, social workers and administrative staff are nice. Be aware of pay, vacations and holidays days; I ended referring them to Dept of Labor and Employment and won. Communication between managers and employees was nonexistent. I had Beth Humphrey as my sup and what can I say...at least she was more professional than the school director and the executive director.
Also, if you speak Spanish, and even if you are hired as bilingual staff, you won't be allowed to speak Spanish. Sadly, it was too late to report this part to the Department when I did the complaint.
Best wishes if you plan to work here.
