It doesn't make sense to me that now in the state of Illinois you no longer get actual copies of your identification and everywhere else in Illinois is required to accept the paper identification but the casino can't. won't have to worry about me spending my money with Hollywood and I'm going to let everyone I know who attends here to spend their money else where. AND IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY WHEN I GOT TURNED AWAY. Very dissatisfied customer.
