A hidden gem in Columbia, SC! If you miss staying here, don't bother to stay in Columbia. The entire staff is excellent! From the minute the shuttle driver swoops you up at the airport, you receive the warmest welcome at the front desk, to the most helpful housekeeping staff I've ever met, you truly feel special for selecting this DoubleTree! I had the pleasure of dining on a mouth watering salmon salad for lunch, seared brussel sprouts and a grilled chicken sub for dinner, excellently prepared with just the right amount of seasoning! Of course, you cannot omit the real reason anyone really wants to stay at the DoubleTree... the COOKIES! The only way to end the day before getting the best nights rest!
