The hotel is well located, right in front of the RAI station which makes it very accessible. Next door there is the tram and the metro too
Very rich breakfast, lots of choice
But the hotel staff is not welcoming. No smile, no nice word ...... the room was dirty, poorly cleaned, the kettle tray full of dust. I stayed three days and the housekeeper did not even replace the soap .... In short level cleanliness, there is still a lot of work to do in this hotel.
