My health history is one of inflammation, joint pain, obesity & sadness. I've tried SO many different diets and had all but given up. Functional medicine was my Hail Mary attempt for results. I was impressed with the detailed & thorough testing that was ordered so the team could learn about all my food sensitivities & how to help me. I've lost 50 pounds with the help of my health coach. I am able to follow a normal meal plan...I just do not eat any of the foods that were pretty much poisoning my system. All inflammation & pain are gone & I've begun an exercise program that is kicking fat burn into high gear. This is just the beginning, but I'm so encouraged. I began Bowen therapy just recently with Lisa and that has changed my life! Never heard of it before, but found it almost magical! Can't thank Dr. Sexton, Lisa & Katie enough for walking this journey with me...it's been a long time since I've felt like I could stick to a program & eventually reach my goal. Excited for the future!
