Pay $39 just to have (electricity) service through...

Pay $39 just to have (electricity) service through them but we have No other choice. I'm supposed to receive a call back I leave messages, but No one calls back. Then they reset passwords without asking. My password has NOTHING TO DO WITH the message I left them! I need someone to call me to rectify billing errors! In their favor not to call back of course! Ugh! The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because we barely ever lose power.
