Around 14:20 we ordered a burger, a popcorn chicken, a sweet potato fries and a lemonade. At 14:50 we still had not received any of this, not even the lemonade. We had a boat ride at 15:00 booked so we asked if we could take away whatever was ready. It took a further twenty minutes to get anything ready; we were finally given a takeaway bag at 15:10 and we missed our boat ride. We were very disappointed with the very slow service which made us miss our trip.

I emailed them as they asked but no reply. So what s the point of even asking us to write our complains when you are not even going to acknowledge it.. further wasting our time.
