I sat there for over a hour waiting on Sasha. I requested her as my stylist. Checked in on line. It told me to arrive at 12.48. So I got there about 12:30. Just because I was already close by. Finally my turn come up and Sasha disappears for 45min. So I finally asked someone and they said she went to go eat lunch. Knowing that I was sitting there. So I left. Not so much as a sorry or how can we fix it. Nothing. Terrible customer service. The bad part is leaving this bad review is about all you can do. Oh well . Just won t return.
