Upon walking in the wait staff immediately greeted us with a warm smile, which was a nice contrast from the bleak, cold, rainy weather outside. Both of us are big fans of mac and cheese and have a few homemade recipes of our own, so we were very excited to try out a restaurant that specialized in mac and cheese! Their menu was actually a little overwhelming, we expected several different options to try but once we saw that you could order $50 worth of mac and cheese at once, our eyes were definitely bigger than our stomachs. The staff offered their personal suggestions and we ended up going with one skillet of Masala and one skillet of Alpine, both of which were absolutely delicious. My only complaint was that it took about half an hour to get our food out to us despite us being the only other people in the restaurant (We came at 3pm, too late for lunch and too early for the old folk dinner crowd.) The atmosphere was well lit, the booths were clean, and we managed to keep ourselves entertained while people watching through the window but we were absolutely starving by the time we got our food.
