Seafood buffet review (Saturday nights only) --

The last two times I have been to the seafood buffet with a group of 3-5 people, I was a little bit embarrassed to bring them along to this place because of the following:

*Sand crabs were not cooked/prepared properly - the meat was not pulling apart as ou should, and there was lots of fresh water inside the crabs making it very unpleasant.
*King prawns were not prepared correctly
*Bistro oysters were FULL of shell pieces. The oyster
shucker needs to learn the very important step of WASHING the oyster. I ended up getting a glass of water to do this myself at the table - not a nice look, but had to be done so I could eat them.
*There was no lemon! I had to request the staff to prepare some lemon for the customers.
*I saw a child sneeze on the chocolate fountain & strawberries - the fountain should be behind a shield, and served only by staff as it is circulating warm chocolate - an obvious healt hazard. I informed my group about this, recommending not to eat it.

This buffet certainly has good potential - it has a nice atmosphere and a good selection of food for the average appetite. I'm giving it a low score because they failed basic seafood preparation.

Some positive comments -
Mussels were tender and tasty
Lemon jelly was perfect to cleanse the palette after or between meals
