OMG I got screwed. I need a new roof the adjuster ...

OMG I got screwed. I need a new roof the adjuster came out and wrote up a estimate sent it over to the insurance company and the the insurance company lost the adjustment and someone else file. They took there time trying to find the file and once found it had been back dated it and said my total lost was March 24, 2016 and I just made a claim January 24, 2017. I'm fighting until the end. I have proof and they don't care
