A fantastic app with a lot of possibilities. The different accounts, the different passes, the sharing of accounts.

I was really, really, really a fan of Bunq. Until we wanted to open an account for one of our daughters ...

We've been working on this since December, and we'll keep going around in the support chat in the same loop. Sometimes it seems as if a support employee wants to help, but within a day we get the same standard emails and questions that have been asked and answered at least about 10 times.

Today I have indicated that they still have to settle things today and that otherwise the 5 of us will transfer our business to another bank.

I wonder if I can make a 3-star review of this 1-star review after today.
