Our experience with Tidewater Mortgage Services was fantastic. The entire process was very quick in fact we closed in less than 30 days. Kathy Martinez, Sr. Loan Officer and Branch Manager handled our loan process. She kept us appraised of every issue contacting us almost daily. We received the lowest interest rates available for our credit rating and they catered to specific financial needs. 5 stars isn't even enough to express our satisfaction with this company.
