I have been on two trips out of the country, to Beaches resorts and have used Kim/Journeys both times. I cannot give a high enough rating! Kim has handled everything I needed and made sure I was not forgetting anything along the way. She responds quickly, knows her information, and has been able to adjust things last minute for me due to changes in my family s plans. She has been accommodating, kind, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with! I can not recommend her enough. I tell all of my traveling friends about her and am using her again for our next trip!
