Just returned from a 3000 mile trip to O'Fallon, IL, Montgomery, TX and Lafayette, LA in my RAV4. Took my vehicle to Hendrick Toyota for 60,000 mile service when I returned. I called on Friday and they were able to accommodate me early Saturday morning. My service rep Dan is always friendly and professional and has earned my confidence. The waiting area is clean and comfortable offering drinks and snacks while I wait for the work to be done. Dan came to me several times during my stay, first to inform me of the issues they found needing attention and than with several updates on their progress. Over the years I have had many different vehicles serviced at many different places but I rate Hendrick to be the model for how service should be performed.
