After 10 years of house insurance at roughly the same price you decide to put it up by 24% when I asked for a written explanation. All I get is a load of waffle blaming where I live.
Well done on your customer service, none existant. Well you'll be loosening my car insurance too.
By the way got to much cheaper and better cover.
