Positively horrible. I have made a huge mistake in letting them be my agent for the last several years. My home value is $200,000 more than some of my neighbors with similar square footage, we have same lot size and my house has not been updated in 15 years.
My next door neighbor s house is 2X my square footage, recently updated and on the tax roles for $225,000 less than mine.
Removed O Connor & Associates as my agent and will never go back.
