Never bothered to tell me there was no block heate...

Never bothered to tell me there was no block heater in the car when I expressed that I don't have a garage. No one returns calls. Manager finally called and said he'd have the service department call me to have an oil pan heater installed as an apparent fix for not having a block heater. Has been over 2 weeks since that phone call and still I have not heard from anyone. Once you have signed on the dotted line to take their car they don't care about you anymore.
