What promised to be a historic moment (armistice service) was badly let down by the PA system that failed. Shocking! The service wasn't audible so we left early. The staff were very apologetic and fully understood our disappointment but it was out of their control. We have been before and just to walk around and to contemplate the devastation and cost of war is so striking. The arboretum is stunning. For today's service I would only give 1 star but ordinarily this would be 5 stars.
