Basically good service, great ideas and mostly good products. From time to time unfortunately not quite so fresh but here is the reason for the bad rating:
I ordered a box for Saturday. It contained 4 meals that would have lasted until at least Tuesday. Unfortunately, the package could not be delivered to me by DPD, so they had to take the package back into the depot. Why the package could not be delivered to a neighbor is unclear to me but nungut. Instead of making a second delivery attempt after I called both hellofresh and DPD, the box was now destroyed because of "runtime exceeded". That means all food, including rice, pasta, spices, vegetables, etc. was simply disposed of, just because the package was not delivered. I realize that meat and fish should not be consumed uncooled but also to dispose of everything else seems to me more than wasteful. I can not support such a kind of food handling anymore.
