Customer service was not very good. Got transferred to another department cause agent couldn't help me even though I had pressed the technical support button. Waited on hold for over a hour and half and gave up. Would have been nice if they had sent out an email regarding any updates to their software. Software update was to take place June 13, 2019. Our machine stopped working the third week of May 2019. Been trying to call customer service everyday, but cannot get through. Thinking of switching to another interact provider.
