Kelvin is very professional and efficient. He conducted his thorough inspection and presented his analyst of my cooling system for my review immediately upon completion of his step by step evaluation.
Kelvin and I also discussed my fears I had concerning the rusty bolts which hold the cooling fan in the exchange unit. He observed that the grate which the fan is suspended from (with the rusty bolts ) is starting to crack and is therefore close to a total collapse which could be catastrophic.

Kelvin and I are in process of installing a new top grate.
