Funky little place, historic in that is is where the 20 mule team from Roosevelt Dam stopped going to and from Phoenix for supplies while the dam was being built. Now it's a great place to stop for lunch and a prickly pear ice cream driving the Old Apache Trail, day trip, from Phoenix past the Roosevelt Dam with a stop at the Tonto National Monument through Miami/Globe then back to Phoenix.
