Been good so far. Contacted Shelley, she showed our place, found a renter and has been responsive to problems, when needed. So has the maintenance team which has helped resolve two problems with our place (HVAC/electrical) related and done the repairs quickly and at a reasonable rate. So far, so good.

The main issues we have had are with the lousy HOA management folks (not Elite). Wish our HOA responded to our requests as quickly. They basically ignore us.

We are out of the country, so are really must be hands-off most of the time.
