They changed my oil on a 22 year old truck that had never had a leak. I then moved an hour away and had it changed again and was told that it was severely overfilled which blew some seals. I called Regal and told them about it. The manager told me the guy that did my oil change made a lot of mistakes and they fired him. I asked them to pay to have my truck fixed and the manager stated it the incident had to be run through their safety guy for an investigation. That was April 18. They have not contacted me and no one at Regal remembers that. I'm going to have to buy a new truck because of their negligence. The cost to fix mine is about how much the truck is worth.
