After we relocated from the Maryland area to another state, we used Goldberg as a property management company for about 3 years. During that time, i never had to worry about the property at all. Everything was taken care of and communication was great. After renting the property with Goldberg for 3 years, we decided to sell our property. Goldberg then acted as our realtor and we had a quick and easy sale. Very satisfied. Dave and his team are great!
