Update: 3/5/19: I take back my previous review. Mistakes happen and they have been very open with me since day one. Communication is fabulous, and the coaches make sure it continues to flow. This is a great place to be. They are a very supportive community and they do want to see you succeed. I ve been with them since December, and I love it! Unfortunately due to a mishap I may not be able to continue, but will be recommending them to anyone who wishes to make a difference in their life.

I had received a text from Coach Javi, after having clicked on a link related to the FallFit challenge he is offering. I was super appreciative, even impressed, of the quick acknowledgement, and automatically gave my availability, as requested in the text, and eagerly waited for the quick call ...I never received such call. All I received were what looked, and felt like, impersonal, automated emails. These emails kept coming with different subjects. One was Re: your question - to which I replied with all the questions and concerns I had to only receive another automated email with the subject Courtesy Notice for You explaining how my spot was going to expire unless I go in to sign up.
My experience so far with CrossFit Jeffries Point has been completely unprofessional. They seem to be focused on other things, instead of what should matter, the relationship building that makes a true and honest business succeed.
Here I was, trying to do something good for myself, a first step in a rather defining moment in my life, not to mention supporting a local business in my community, to simply being forced to sign up for a program in a rather impersonal and demeaning manner.

For those that have had, and continue to have, a great experience with CrossFit Jeffries Point, congratulations, you are lucky to be on your way to a better place. And hopefully for the right reasons, surrounded by the best supportive people.
But for those who are searching, don t bother, make sure you look for someone who is willing to show you how much you and your journey matters to them from the beginning, and not only after you sign up.
