Amazing transformation of a run down historic building into what might be the best craft brewery in the southern hemisphere. Take your time and work your way through the many brews on tap and grab a burger on the way. I tried the Pale Ale (great depth and malt/hop balance), the JP1 (juicy fruit over hoppy pale ale, a revelation) and the Kettle Sour (made with a lazy 100kg of guava giving it a tangy bite that really grew on me as I worked through my southern fried chicken burger).
