It is a shame, of company. I have been unable to discharge the gas for almost two months. They do not know if natural gas or propane gas arrives on my street, every time they send me from one side to the other to register and when they make my contract, they tell me that there is an error in the infrastructure. I have paid 2 mortgage receipts, I have the boiler paid and assembled and I still have not been able to live in the new house, since I have neither heating nor hot water.

My despair has reached such a point that I don't know what to do or who to turn to. From what I have seen, they have a huge mess internally and they don't even know how to solve it.

It is the first time that I find a company so little serious. I do not recommend it to anyone. The last thing I have left is to go to the OCU to see if they can expedite the problem and find a solution.
