I've been working with these folks for the past ye...

I've been working with these folks for the past year, preparing a new, large songbook for printing. They won the "lowest price" competition when I first went out to bid. (By a lot!) But I didn't realize they would also be the winner (by a mile) in the customer service department. I've been working with Alicia, their account manager. I'm embarassed to say how many emails I've sent. She's been absolutely, unendingly fast to reply, clear, helpful, and endlessly patient with me as I slowly acquire knowledge in book printing. I train customer service people for a living, and Alicia (and Sure Print) deserve 10 stars on a scale of 1 to 5. The quality of their printing and paper is tops, as well. I couldn't recommend these folks more highly. I'm an extremely happy customer. (I'm a Virgo, too, so this praise means more than usual) :)
