I was very nervous about shopping for health insurance on my own. I had always had insurance provided by my employer. I was lucky enough to get Bharat "Brad" Patel as my agent. He was amazingly knowledgeable, patient and compassionate. He researched and walked me through all of my options and explained things to me in ways that I could understand. He also patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I could not have asked for a better experience.
