My family stayed here when we went to an ISU football game this October 2016. I booked the hotel through Travelocity and when we returned home I noticed the hotel had charged me as well as Travelocity. I called and spoke to the manager and she said she would reverse the charges. Over the next week they charged my card an additional 4 times for a total of $1500.00. I have been waiting 2 months to have the charges reversed and am still waiting on one charge reversal. I have called at least 25 times and still no resolution. I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company at this point trying to get my money back. Their manager doesn't return phone calls and seems inept. After the first 4 erroneous charges she was answering my phone calls and promised a free night stay for all my troubles. I never received the gift card for the free night stay and now she won't return my phone calls and I still don't have my money credited back. Something very crooked about their financial system and management. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone for the sole reason of credit card fraud. I have spent numerous hours trying to get my money back. Very frustrating experience, especially for a hotel that is supposed to be in the service industry.
