Carmel is the only car service I use in city. I took a cab from work as I was not feeling well. The driver decided that he wanted to proceed according to directions from a particular app, but when I showed him my directions were faster, he was willing to switch to my directions. I have used other car services but I receive great service from Carmel. I will continue to be as long as they continue to provide excellent customer service. This is my review and I am awarded $10 Car cash from Carmel for sharing it.
