A great place to learn and grow in a competitive IT environment. I was doubtful at first but after I was interviewed by the CEO Vinay Bansal, my doubts were put to rest. He is friendly and encouraging but at the same time expects you to be your best professional self and work hard, just as he is. Some people of course misunderstand his intentions because they want a job but they also want a desk/bed to just relax and WhatsApp their friends. Or people who can't produce work of the quality they said they could, or people who are very lax about their jobs. You have to be passionate and dedicated. If not, you'll have a problem. Not just here, but everywhere. The difference being, here, standards/expectations are high. Understanding what is required is important. The employees here are very flexible and will look forward to helping you in any way they could. I would encourage everyone looking for a good workplace, to go ahead and take a leap, this place would not fail you. Good luck!
