So I purchased a car in 2019 and summer of 2020 I took my car in for a oil change and because the service team did not close the oil lid tightly oil spilled all over my car, every light came on and my car locked. I called to get it towed and explained how my car was smoking really badly and stopped and locked on me and the service manager Brian told me he wouldn't be able to see about my car until a month or so. So I call Berwyn Kia and explained everything to them and they sent for my car. Once they inspected my car Tim Ward said basically I need a new motor or total the car because it will give me problems. So he call Kia Evergreen explained everything to them and they went and picked up my car and basically said Berwyn Kia is lying and my car just need oil. However, my car haven't drive the same since and I have been calling and calling and emailing trying to get them to fix my car but they been basically trying to cover their own behinds and basically sending me on a loop. I have referred multiple people to this location and I have tried everything in my power just to get them to just fixed my car but I'm at the point I think I need to call a lawyer for negligence.
