My experience with Bill Kay was a positive one, which is rare it seems with most dealerships today. First, April and her staff was very accessible online which is nice for the more tech savvy customers. I was able to work out the basic pre-approval online along with lining up what cars I was interested in.

Once at the dealership Joe Pantaleo (sales) was very helpful and Joe along with Chris Baumann (Assistant Manager) were very accommodating and worked hard to get me into the vehicle I was looking for. They knew the range of payment I was looking for monthly and were able to get me into the vehicle I wanted below my expected monthly payment.

I have bought many vehicles new and old and this has definitely been one of the best if not the best and easiest car buying experiences I have had. When all was said and done I walked out with a nearly flawless used BMW 330i and couldn't be happier. I will definitely recommend Bill Kay to friends and family and will continue to do business with them in the future.
