I came for an exchange of blender which was broken in the box ... I am taking the suspicious interrogation to find out if it was I who broke it ...
The product is no longer made, I am offered a credit but not an equivalent ... I return to the reception to explain the situation (kindly and with a smile, I work in the trade I know that it is not a profession always easy), they take me high, I see that I clearly annoy the person at the reception ... by insisting I am still offered to see with an advisor: so a big thank you to Nicolas, who immediately offered a similar product!
So 0 for the reception but 5 stars for the shelf advisor.
As my father would say, a baker is not what it used to be.
