One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the fact that it has a hot tub. Huge disappointment when we found it was not working! My daughter and I stepped into the lukewarm water and got right back out - critical safety issue! The water in the pool was cloudy and did not appear clean. When I mentioned something at checkout, the gal just told me she didn t know the hot tub wasn t working.
I was surprised to find that renovations are underway. I thought that was usually posted on the website. We were located on the third floor, just below the floor where work was being done. We were unable to sleep in on our vacation due to the noise.
The breakfast was not up to the usual Embassy Suites meal we normally have.
However, the staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the rooms were clean.
We only stay at Hilton hotels and Embassy Suites are our favorite. I hope once renovations are done, this one is back to the Hilton standards.
