Excellent product and service. From start to finish, the company staff were professional and openly communicated. Sean did our in-home consultation and measurements. He had product samples on hand. Sean kept in regular communication even after hours which was convenient for me. Sean was accessible and responsive to all of my questions even when I made changes along the way. Sean and Brent also did a walk-through and answered questions as to the finer details of the installation.

Mark lead the installation team with Chris D and Peter. Throughout the job Mark consulted with me as to our plans for future replacement of closet doors and tracks to ensure the installation would accommodate these additions. Very thoughtful and considerate of our needs. We selected laminate planks for two master bedrooms and a bathroom. There were challenges with removing some of our bulky and heavy furniture and the team pleasantly accommodated our work-around to resolve the issues. Mark and the crew were professional, courteous, and hard working. They came on time, took no lunch breaks, and meticulously cleaned at the end of each day. Their work was clean and precise even around challenging areas such as a drain pipe.
