staff was incredibly uneducated, the person assisting me had to bring over three other employees to help and they also had no idea how to assist me. I was picking up a pair of skis and boot from a tune. They claimed they did not have my boot and had to look 30 minutes before finding it. Much better ski shops to shop and do business out of.
